How we price
Every project is quoted individually. After the first consultation we agree a scope and a realistic budget bracket, and design within it rather than presenting something you can't build.
Design fees are fixed and set out up front. Joinery, furniture and technology are quoted per item so you can see exactly where the money is going.
Once you approve, the programme and payment stages are agreed in writing before anything is ordered.
