The Studio
Design, made properly
RJP Living began with a simple frustration: beautiful interiors being let down by the things nobody coordinated — a light switch in the wrong place, a speaker grille in the middle of a feature wall, a kitchen that photographed well and cooked badly.
So we built a studio that holds all of it. Interior design, bespoke joinery, lighting and the smart home system are drawn by one team, on one set of drawings, to one programme.
We work on private residences, developer show homes and commercial spaces, mostly across the North West and London, and we deliberately take on a limited number of projects at a time.

The person who designs it is there when it's installed. Nothing gets lost in translation.

We agree the bracket first and design inside it. No fantasy schemes you can't build.

A limited number of projects, done properly
We'd rather deliver a handful of homes exceptionally than a diary full of them adequately. If we're not the right fit for your project, we'll tell you early and point you somewhere better.
