01The studio
Most homes lose something in the handover
The designer draws it, the cabinetmaker interprets it, and the installer arrives last to find nowhere to put the keypad. We keep all three under one roof, so the lighting scenes, the joinery details and the control system are drawn at the same table.
The result is a home that looks quiet and behaves intelligently — blinds, climate, audio and light responding without a single visible box.

Nothing here was knocked down. New joinery, re-planned lighting circuits, replastered walls and a hearth cut from a single slab — twelve weeks from sign-off to handover.

Beautiful shouldn't mean awkward. We plan for the grandparent staying over, the toddler at knee height and the guest who has never seen your app — every automated function also has an obvious, physical way to do it.

Questions
Before you enquire
- What does a full interior project cost?
- Every project is quoted individually after a consultation. Scope, size and specification drive the number, so we price once we understand the rooms and the ambition rather than quoting blind.
- How long does a project take?
- A single room typically runs eight to twelve weeks from design sign-off. A whole-house scheme with joinery and smart home integration usually sits between six and twelve months.
- Can smart home technology be retrofitted?
- Yes. Wireless lighting control, audio, heating and security can all be added to an existing home. Wired systems are best planned during a renovation while walls are open.
- Do you work outside the North West?
- We're based in the North West and work across the UK. For projects further afield we plan site visits around key stages and keep everything else running remotely.
- Do you take on commercial work?
- We do — showrooms, offices, hospitality and developer show homes, using the same design and delivery process as our private residential work.
